4th ANNUAL AGA/ASMC BIGGEST LOSER CONTEST
The 4th Annual DFAS Indianapolis AGA/ASMC Biggest Loser competition will begin with the benchmark weigh-in on Wednesday, January 4th, 2012. The competition will go through Wednesday, April 5th, 2012. If you are interested, AGA members must sign up with the AGA representative (Marilyn McGee) by Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012.

3rd ANNUAL AGA/ASMC BIGGEST LOSER CONTEST RESULTS
The 3rd Annual DFAS Indianapolis ASMC/AGA Biggest Loser competition came to a close on April 5th with AGA leading the way to the championship, with a total of 3.42% lost, or 183.90 pounds. ASMC lost 2.11%, or 89.25 pounds. AGA participation: 26; ASMC participation: 20.
The AGA first place winner is Terry Roberts, with a 12.48% weight loss; second place goes to Marilyn McGee with 9.95% weight loss. Terry receives an annual AGA membership and luncheons for the 2011-2012 program year paid for by ASMC (not to exceed $150). Marilyn receives a $25 gas gift card from AGA.

Leap Into Fall President's Challenge
The AGA Wellness Committee would like to inform you of the President's Challenge, an initiative designed to promote and encourage healthy lifestyle choices. Sponsored by
President Obama and used across the Department of Defense, the 'Leap Into Fall' theme of the President's Challenge asks participants to meet a minimum level of a number of activities including fishing, gardening, and home repair among the more conventional forms of exercise.
Your participation in the President's Challenge will also earn you one
point in the AGA/ASMC Wellness Challenge program and will enter you in a drawing for a free one-month membership to the newly-built LA Fitness workout facility near the DFAS building. Click on the link below to sign up and help DFAS, AGA, and, most importantly, yourself Leap Into Fall.

The 2nd Annual DFAS Indianapolis ASMC/AGA Biggest Loser competition came to a close on April 6 with AGA winning, with a total of 3.21% lost, or 142.9 pounds. ASMC lost 2.57%, or 188.5 pounds.
The AGA first place winner is Lila Rayle with 11.04% lost; second place goes to Terry Roberts with 10.07% lost. Lila gets her AGA membership and luncheons for the 2010-2011 program year paid for by ASMC (not to exceed $150). Terry receives a $25 gas gift card from AGA.
The ASMC first place winner is Katherine Griffith with 10.06% lost; second place goes to Dave Martinez with 9.13% lost. Katherine gets her ASMC membership for the 2010-2011 program year paid for by ASMC. Dave receives a $25 gas gift card from ASMC.
